Robert Bazinet is the co-founder and Chairman of the Board for Creative Digital Imaging. Bob started his career with George Business Forms in 1960 and brings more than 50 years of industry experience to the company. Bob is known as one of the innovative forces in the transformation of the business forms distributor industry – more commonly known today as the document management industry.

Hello, my name is Michael Bazinet, and I am the President/Owner of the company. I literally grew up in and around the printing business, working for my father’s company, Creative Printed Solutions. I could see early on during my time working for my father's company that there was going to be a shift in the business forms industry from pre-printed material to a more transactional print on demand business model. Anticipating this change, I decided to launch Creative Digital Imaging in 1996. What started as a pure print and mail fulfillment company has evolved into a full service document presentment company offering electronic document presentment, online bill payment tools, HIPAA compliant document rendering services and digital commercial print services. Aside from my professional interests, I have a deep commitment to serve and give back to my community. I currently serve as Board President for Community Health and Counseling Services in Bangor, where I have been an active board member since 2011. I also serve as a member of the City of Bangor Planning Board. When not working or volunteering my time for community based organizations, I enjoy spending time with my family, and when the weather in Maine clears I can be found riding my motorcycle across New England and beyond.
Hello, my name is Nick Winchester, and I am responsible for all things Creative Digital Imaging. As the Vice President, I am the bridge between operations and sales, ensuring that everyone’s focus is on providing the best customer experience possible. I came to CDI in 2011, looking to put my 20 years of management experience to work in a completely new industry. I can say without hesitation that coming to CDI was one of the best professional decisions I have made.
My name is Justice Sherrick and I have been Creative Digital Imaging since 2019, I am currently a part of our Client Services Team. I love that here at CDI we recognize what our customers want and create tailor made solutions that best fit their needs. Prior to CDI I worked in Operations and Program Management for over 12 years. I currently live in Maine with my wife.

My name is Charlie Villard, and I oversee all things “tech” as the Director or Technical Operations. Daily, I get to use my 20+ years’ experience to design solutions for all the customers who rely on CDI for its dedication and attention to detail. When not at work, my family serves to help those trying to break the cycle of addiction through residential discipleship. Personally, I enjoy all the normal geek things… computers, movies, music. If you have a problem you need solved, we are up for the challenge!

Hi, my name is Chris Elliott and I have worked at Creative Digital Imaging since 2009. I am the manager of Technical Operations. I have been involved in many facets of the organization and got my start in production, quality control, and software testing. When I’m not working you are likely to find me spending time with my family, playing hockey, basketball, or wood working guitars and other projects.

Hi, I’m David Thompson. I’ve been a Software Developer at CDI since October of 2019. I have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems degree, and have been working in various programming and web development positions in Maine since 2012. I live with my wife Bethany and our two Chihuahuas Lily and Turtle in Argyle Township, Maine. Outside of work I keep busy with video games, board games, escape rooms, gardening, home improvement projects, and helping my wife with her pottery.

Teena started her career with CDI in 2008 in the Operations Dept. In 2013 Teena moved into her current position as HR Coordinator/Executive Assistant. Outside of work Teena enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time outdoors.

Hello, my name is Derek Sinclair and I am responsible for keeping our clients, customers and team members engaged to get your print projects produced exactly as you want them produced. I have been with CDI for more than 18 in numerous capacities. I truly enjoy working in an ever changing fast paced production environment that has included the integration of technology and automation over the years to make the processing of your critical documents more accurate, more efficient and more timely. My ultimate goal is to make sure your customer experience with CDI is always positive, no matter the situation, as we want to retain and grow our partnership with you and your company. In my spare time, you can catch me traveling the state of Maine watching my daughter’s sporting events as well as coaching high school and youth basketball and football.

Rob started with CDI back in 2001 when the company was a small group of 10 employees. Rob brings over 25 years of experience in the industry having previously worked for Synergent Corp. and Presort Express.
As the Production Manager of the Print and Transactional Mailing group Rob is responsible for overseeing all Printing, Inserting, and Sortation operations of the daily Variable Data Print work produced along with ensuring all CDI’s work meets Postal requirements and specifications.
Outside of the office you might find Rob on the golf course in the Summer months or traveling around watching his two sons playing basketball in the Fall and Winter.
