What is included in my 'out the door' price?
Two hours of set-up programming, processing and printing variable information on one of our stock color forms, folding, inserting a #9 remittance envelope into a #10 double window outgoing envelope, pre-sorting, first class postage, NCOALink™, and an electronic confirmation of the completed process. All statements are mailed no later than the next business day after receiving the data file. Note: all pieces are 100% delivery point bar-coded and automation-compatible meeting CASS certification standards. You should expect national mail delivery to be two-three days or less to major metropolitan areas.
Can we have a custom document?
Absolutely! We can provide you with a custom document tailored to your specific requirements which can include your logo as well as custom messages and even transpromotional marketing. Clients choose from a variety of stock forms (with or without credit card logos). Forms are available with commercial or medical backers as well.
Who provides the envelopes?
Materials, such as envelopes, can be supplied by Creative Digital Imaging or by the customer. No more hassles managing your inventory, finding space and no more cash outlay. Creative Digital Imaging is the perfect "Ship & Bill" solution!
How long will my conversion take?
We can facilitate a seamless transition and are able to go live normally within 7 - 10 business days.
What is the turnaround time?
Documents are printed and mailed no later than the next business day after receipt of the data file and two business days during the first week of the month. New customers can be LIVE within 7-10 business days (not to include manufacture of custom stock).
How do I know our documents were mailed?
You are notified via email of the completed print and mail process.
Is it easy to convert to Creative?
Yes! Our experienced Customer Service team provides detailed project management from start to finish. From organizing your data, to developing the business rules, and even creating the design and layout of your documents – our group’s goal is to make your transition easy, fast, and accurate!
Can you work with our computer system?
Yes. Our document management technology is compatible with all computer platforms, software and technology. We are able to integrate with any type of computer systems from legacy-based AS400's, to large DataStream's, complex legacy billing file formats, extract files, database records, etc. There is no file format we can’t handle!

What methods of file transmission are available?
We offer several methods for secure file transmission. These include encrypted e-mail, Virtual Private Network (VPN), and Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP).
Can we have a custom message on our statements?
Creative Digital Imaging can provide custom messages as often as the customer requires. Messages can be static or driven by the customer's data.
Will my data be kept confidential?
The safety and security of your information is our #1 priority. Access to your information is on a strict need-to-know basis; our facility is secured by a state of the art alarm system and monitored 24/7 by security cameras; and access to the building is strictly controlled. Excess materials are shredded on-site and all data is encrypted both while at rest and in motion.
Do you have report capabilities?
Yes. Creative Digital Imaging sends a detailed report confirmation to the customer including elements such as date and time of file receipt, number of documents processed, number of pages, etc. Reports can be customized based upon customer requirements.

What are the company's insertion capabilities?
Creative Digital Imaging has the capability to insert additional mail pieces as well as the address-bearing piece. Capabilities include, flyers of various sizes and folds, buck slips, etc. Capabilities include insertion according to list segmentation by either utilizing an intelligent inserter or by job subdivision according to common insert requirements for insertion by non-intelligent inserter.
What about quality control?
Quality control and quality improvement are consistent, on-going processes. We have implemented quality control checks and balances that are integrated with the production process. We also use internal performance quality metrics to measure our progress. To validate this we hire an outside auditing team to validate our controls using the SAS-70 standard for auditing.
